Every commission opens with a consultation — we visit the space, talk through how you intend to use it, and agree a brief and budget before any design work starts.
Yes. ICON is a finishing and decor studio — design, fit-out, and styling are delivered by one team, with a single point of contact from first sketch to handover.
A focused renovation may run three to five months; a full residence with bespoke joinery and sourcing can take twelve to eighteen.
We are based in Mokattam and work across Greater Cairo, the North Coast, and select projects further afield.
Often, yes. We can lead the interior scope alongside your architect, or take on finishing and decor within an existing build.
Design and execution are quoted separately and transparently, staged against agreed milestones.
